Shawn Soole is a Vancouver Island beverage expert—consultant, curator, developer, author and connoisseur. His podcast Post Shift involves him interviewing top hospitality talents from around the world, including  bartenders, venue owners, distillers and industry supporters. 


Shawn Soole also has a drink-specific podcast: his weekly podcast and YouTube channel (BC Spirits) looks into BC's distillery industry. Watch and listen as he interviews the distillers and learn as he mixes and tastes their products.


Mise-en-Place is a podcasts by cooks, for cooks, created by the Chefs' Table Society of BC. The podcast discusses a variety of topics concerning the culinary industry, with a mind toward building a strong and sustainable future for chefs.
