Feast of Fields is FarmFolk CityFolk’s annual local food celebration and signature fundraising event, held each year on a different farm in the Okanagan Valley, on Southern Vancouver Island, and in Metro Vancouver. The Feast is Canada’s largest and longest running local food and beverage festival, and over the past 25 years FarmFolk CityFolk has hosted 58 Feasts!

This year we are very excited our 22nd annual Vancouver Island Feast of Fields will be hosted by Snowdon House Gourmet & Gifts in North Saanich.

Feast of Fields is a three-hour wandering gourmet harvest festival that highlights the connections between farmers and chefs, field and table, and between farm folks and city folks. With a wine glass and linen napkin in hand, you'll stroll across a field, traveling from tent to tent, listening to live music, and tasting gourmet creations from some of the Island's top chefs, bakers, food artisans, vintners, brewers, distillers and other beverage producers.

NEW this year! A special VIP package for the ultimate Feast experience!

The VIP package (limited to 20 tickets only) includes:
Priority entrance, food and beverages prepared exclusively for you in your private area and concierge service from a Feast of Fields volunteer, a personal guided tour of the farm grounds, a commemorative Feast of Fields VIP gift bag and souvenir cedar plate for each guest, and the opportunity to meet a local chef. Partial charitable tax receipt will be supplied.

As a fundraising event we also offer:

- Souvenir cedar plates (for sale online in advance or $10 cash on site while supplies last) to heighten your feasting experience.
- Raffle tickets for a chance to win fabulous foodie dream vacations.
- A silent auction filled with wonderful prizes.
- Local produce bags from Whole Foods Market (for sale online in advance or $5 cash on site while supplies last).
And of course we take donations–for which we provide a charitable tax receipt.

All of our food and beverage participants donate their product and time to Feast of Fields– for which we are very very grateful. Funds raised at Feast of Fields support FarmFolk CityFolk’s work to cultivate local, sustainable food systems across British Columbia.
