Driftwood Brewery: Special Sartori Harvest IPA Beer Release
The Driftwood Brewery in Victoria releases a local-favourite beer at this time every year called the Sartori Harvest IPA.
This wet-hopped IPA can only be brewed once a year when, in the midst of the hop harvest, fresh Centennial hops are spirited from Sartori Cedar Ranch near Chilliwack to the brewery in Victoria. Sartori’s fresh hops have a delicious profile unique to the patch of land they cultivate in the Columbia Valley making this limited release singular and remarkable.
The special-release beer is usually available beginning the middle of September (aka, right away!), so pop into the Driftwood Brewery to grab a bottle of this local beer before it’s gone for another year.
