Freemark Abbey, a Napa Valley original and the 16th bonded winery in the region, has been producing exceptional wines since 1886. With prestigious vineyard pedigrees, including the acclaimed Bosché and Sycamore Vineyards, Freemark Abbey has a legacy of quality and age-worthy wines. Their extensive wine library, featuring vintages saved since the 1960s, highlights the winery's dedication to excellence and foresight.
 
La Crema, rooted in the Russian River Valley, has focused exclusively on cool-climate appellations. The vineyards benefit from cool mesoclimates and well-drained soils, resulting in distinctive, balanced wines with complex flavors and firm acid structures. Family-owned and committed to the legacy of Saralee Kunde, La Crema employs a boutique approach to winemaking, using hands-on techniques and precision sorting to produce consistently elegant wines. Their estate at Saralee’s Vineyard embodies their commitment to the community and excellence in cool-climate wine growing.
 
Chef Nathan Taylor has crafted a menu for the evening, designed to delight and impress. Guests will enjoy a variety of dishes, including a delightful Fig & Goat Cheese Kataifi and the Cherry Braised Short Rib Ravioli, which combines tender short rib with the sweet and tangy flavours of pickled cherries and “berry” jus. This menu promises to provide a dining experience that perfectly compliments the exceptional wines being showcased.
