In addition to brewing, fermenting, distilling and bottling on-site, the business also grows many of their own botanicals, which are hanging on racks throughout the location. From spirits, whisky and kombucha, the distillery offers uniquely B.C. drinks.

Mike Pizzitelli, head distiller, knows what he’s talking about when it comes to producing flavourful liquor. With a science and biology background, Pizzitelli combines science, art and passion to his work. He even spent time in Scotland, where he gained education in proper brewing and distilling techniques.
