Winemaking at Beaufort starts in the vineyard,
where they are proud to have recieved their organic certification. Beaufort strives for vine balance, healthy soil and microbiology, and optimal ripeness at harvest. They are dedicated to crafting excellent, small batch wines in our cool climate, and to sharing them with friends in their tasting room.

Bring a picnic and enjoy the views from the deck. Their tasting room is open Friday to Sunday, noon until 5pm, from May until September. Open by appointment only at other times of the year.
