Honey is considered one of the world's most adulterated foods, just behind olive oil and milk. Country Bee Honey Farm in Saanichton, B.C., helps people discover the differences in pure honey by offering honey variety packs, so you can personally experience the wide spectrum of exquisite flavours. Their bees are based in various locations on the Saanich Peninsula, with each location offering diverse floral nectars. Twice a year, owners Jason and Lindsay Dault extract the excess honey from the hives. Honey from each location is jarred separately, so you can literally taste your way around the Saanich Peninsula.

Beyond its delicious flavours, pure honey is, in many ways, a magical substance.
