TCC work harmoniously to bring consciously made, sustainably sourced, love infused, healing foods to your door, with all menus custom designed for each client by our experienced in-house Holistic Nutritionist. ​

Bringing lots of love and combined life experience from Ontario and East Africa, Ado and Shayna are honoured to be raising their family in the Cowichan Valley, on Vancouver Island in Beautiful British Columbia, where they have lived for the last five years. ​ The name "The Cultured Chefs" comes from their intentional incorporation of cultured foods into several of the recipes they create, and is a play on words from their mixed Cultural Roots of African, Indian & Canadian Heritage and their shared international life experience. When not in the kitchen, garden, or with their family, Shayna & Ado run Eco Mama's Global Community Gardens, a registered Canadian Charity.
