Bringing with them over 30 years of experience, Merion (aka Maz) Martin and Jennifer Knox-Martin became the proud owners/operators of DSYC in 2012 (originally founded in 1978). As young adults, Maz and Jennifer worked in the superyacht industry in Europe and the Caribbean. Maz is hailed as one of the most highly respected, knowledgeable, and trusted mariners in the business, with several transatlantic crossings over 100,000 sea miles under his belt. Jennifer is not only a knowledgeable yachtswoman but an impressive chef. Her career includes management of luxury villas in the South of France and creating culinary masterpieces on yachts for guests of all stature.
