Their vineyards are certified organic, and their products have no additives, preservatives, or artificial flavours. The experienced and knowledgeable staff mill, mash, ferment and distill their acclaimed Old World style gin infused with homegrown botanicals, Honeyshine "rum" made with wild BC honey, and eau de vie brandy made with locally grown organic fruit. They are widely recognized for their two award-winning whiskies, both of which are distilled using grains grown minutes from the distillery on the Saanich Peninsula.
