Old Town Bakery

Kate Cram opened Ladysmith’s Old Town Bakery in 1999 with her parents. Today, she and her husband Geoff own and operate it together. Their goal is to bring quality, affordable, from-scratch baked goods to their community.

Old Town Bakery has made a name for themselves not only in Ladysmith, but across the entire Island; they were even voted as having the Island’s Best Cinnamon Buns by Reader’s Digest. Their various flavours are unrivaled, and they’ll go through a hundred cinnamon buns on any given Saturday. But not only do they sell mouth-watering cinnamon buns: they also sell a variety of other treats, cakes, pies and more. Just one look at their Instagram page will probably have your mouth watering as you search for your car keys to make a trip to their store.
