Breakfast on Island Time

On Vancouver Island, we tend to slow down a bit, spend time in nature and enjoy the beauty of our surroundings. So whenever you’re ready to crawl out of your sleeping bag to restart the campfire from the night before, this drink will be easy to make and get you started with the day.

Instructions

30 ml Irish Whiskey
30 ml Sheringham Chocolate Liqueur
120 ml Stout from Hoyne

Combine first two ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled and mixed. Then strain into glass, top with beer and give a quick stir.
