Grow Your Own Salsa
You can soon be preparing “fresh from your garden” salsa whenever a craving hits.
For a smoky version, cut your onion, jalapeño and tomato in half and grill them before chopping for salsa.
Gently stir the first 5 ingredients together, then season generously with lime juice, salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips or wide, thinly sliced vegetables.
