60 ml Merridale Spiced Rhumb
30 ml lime juice
15 ml Falernum
90 ml Driftwood Brewery White Bark Witbier
Combine the first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into glass filled with pebble ice. Top with beer, then garnish with orange twist.
