Open Farmers' Markets
During the current COVID-19 pandemic, it is more important than ever to support local. There are still some farmers' markets that are open to customers during this time who would love to see you come and support their vendors. All the markets are taking appropriate precations to ensure a safe shopping experience.
The Comox Valley Farmers' Market is running from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays at the Comox Valley Exhibition Grounds. They are also happy to announce that their online store is now OPEN! This platform is meant to compliment the “on the ground” farmers market, not replace it. They are still open from 9-1 at the CV Exhibition Grounds on Saturday. The Moss Street Farmers' Market is still open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays at the corner of Moss Street and Fairfield Road in the Sir James Douglas school yard and boulevard. They also have an online shopping option available.
The Esquimalt Farmers' Market is open for the season on Thursday evenings from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Park.
The Duncan Farmers' Market is running from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays in downtown Duncan at Market Square.
The Qualicum Beach Farmers' Market is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. They are also working on launching their online shopping option.
