After her daughters were also diagnosed with the disease, Judy decided it was time to truly experiment in the kitchen with ways to bake gluten-free treats that were the opposite of the afore-mentioned adjectives. So, in 2014, Laughing Daughters Gluten Free Foods Inc. was born on Salt Spring Island, and Judy has been providing the island and surrounding areas with delicious, flavourful, gluten-free fare ever since.

All the baking at Laughing Daughters is handmade with organic, whole grain, gluten-free flours.
