Started as a food truck in 2003, SOBO has grown into an award-winning, full-service restaurant in the popular and picturesque town of Tofino on the West Coast. Short for "sophisticated bohemian," SOBO offers a delicious menu featuring grassroots gourmet cuisine using local, organic and wild foraged ingredients.
