Junction Orchard & Cidery

Junction Orchard & Cidery is a new addition to the Vancouver Island cider scene, located by Prospect Lake and not far from downtown Victoria. The 8-acre farm is a beautiful rustic place, and owners Jillian and Cody have big plans to make it the go-to destination for cider tastings, weddings, events and live music.

Gabbie’s Premium Ciders

Gabbie’s Premium Ciders

Nearly 100 years ago, B.C.’s Gulf Island farmers concocted exceptional hard cider.  Legend has it, those makers then journeyed out to sea to share their libations with the mainland. To those Cider Makers, we salute you.  Today we join you.

Salt Spring Wild Cider House

Salt Spring Wild Cider House

Owned and operated by a philosopher and a stone sculptor, Salt Spring Wild developed out of a passion to create quality cider from the wild apples that grow on Salt Spring Island. Some of the apples in their blends are from 100-year-old heritage trees, some are from organic orchards, and some are from wild apple trees that live in farmer’s fields and along gentle roadsides, and that once fell with the breeze.

Tod Creek Craft Cider

Tod Creek Craft Cider is a rustic, converted dairy farm on three gently sloping acres on BC’s Agricultural Land Reserve. It has some 3,000 dwarf rootstock apple trees. Varieties include Dabinett, Porter’s Perfection, and Kingston Black. “I originally bought the property for my construction company,” explains Chris Schmidt, who founded Tod Creek in 2014. “For farming, I decided to go with cider over mushrooms or grapes, since I like cider, and I’m passionate about it.”
