Level Ground Trading is a coffee company that is striving to change coffee culture. They are Fair Trade, connecting directly with their small-scale producers in Ethiopia, Colombia, Peru and beyond. The company is unapologetic in their approach and are transparent about who is growing, harvesting and shipping their coffee beans. In 1997, they began connecting with small-scale farms in Colombia and have slowly worked on expanding; now, they’re a team of over 25 people who work in sales, accounting, production and the tasting room.
