Julie Ferris, Bar Manager from Ocean 7 and Aqua Bistro at Kingfisher Resort was mixing up drinks with love and sharing them with customers at Cascadia Liquor store, in preparation for Valentine's Day. We're sharing her delicious recipes with you below and you can pick up all of the supplies at a Cascadia near you.

Strawberry French 75:

1oz Ampersand Gin
0.5oz Strawberry reduction (recipe below)
0.5oz lemon
Mionetto Prosecco
Shake gin, strawberry reduction & lemon then double strain into a champagne glass
Top with bubbles
Strawberry garnish

Strawberry Reduction:
1 cup strawberry purée
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Bring to a soft boil then simmer stove top for 15 minutes, stirring frequently Push through a fine strainer and let cool completely before refrigeration


Crimson + Clover
1.5oz Shelter Point Artisanal Single Malt Whisky
0.5oz Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
0.25oz Sheringham Coffee Liqueur
(housemade) Clove & Lemon Bitters
Stir with ice then double strain into a coupe
Garnish: lemon wheel with clove spokes


Hunk of Burning Love
1oz Charred Cinnamon Hornitos Reposado Tequila
0.5oz Courvoisier VS Cognac
0.5oz Ampersand Nocino
0.5oz White Chocolate Syrup (Giffard or McGuinness® Crème de Cacao White)
1 oz lime

Shake & double strain straight up
Garnish: orange zest
Charred Cinnamon Tequila: Char 2 cinnamon sticks with a brûlée torch. Throw it in the tequila for 2 days
