Course 1- albacore tuna + sesame gomae, shiso, scallion, kelp
Course 2 - wood roasted wild salmon skin, tamago omelet, bbq morels
Course 3 - zucchini blossom tempura, stuffed with flying fish
Course 4 - house smoked sablefish baked in parchment origami, prawn + summer vegetables
Course 5 - Tojo’s signature sushi. Tojo maki, Dungeness crab, egg omelet, spinach, avocado golden roll, spot prawn, Dungeness crab, pacific salmon, egg crepe
Course 6 - pistachio gelato, textures of banana, strawberry + tea infusion
