Pacific Rim Distilling is a small batch craft distillery operating out of Ucluelet, B.C. started by Luke Erridge, a fourth-generation distiller.

Luke has refined old family recipes that date back to pre-prohibition for the modern palette. Every ingredient that goes into their spirits is from British Columbia, and all the spirits are fermented using a wild yeast culture from Barkley Sound. Pacific Rim Distilling is a true craft distillery that uses no automation in any of its processes. Luke uses time tested traditional family whiskey techniques to make one of a kind Barkley Sound style spirits. The distillery was built entirely by hand by Luke and his 75-year-old grandfather.
