This gin cocktail embodies the sparkle and light of spring, perfectly complementing a weekend brunch table set with an abundance of fresh flowers.

Instructions

1½ oz gin (Bespoke Spirits House)
¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup
¼ elderflower liqueur (Arbutus Distillery)
¼ creme de cassis (Bespoke Spirits House)

Shake over ice.

Top with 3 oz sparkling wine (40 Knots Winery Apparition).

And garnish with your favourite edible flower.
