¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup
¼ elderflower liqueur (Arbutus Distillery)
¼ creme de cassis (Bespoke Spirits House)
Shake over ice.
Top with 3 oz sparkling wine (40 Knots Winery Apparition).
And garnish with your favourite edible flower.
