Woodshed Provisions is a small family-run business on Salt Spring Island that creates delicious food based on the seasonal and local ingredients available around them. They have three locations to visit: their original Woodshed location, the Woodshed Shop, and their food truck (which can be found in Fulford Village).

Laughing Daughters Gluten Free Foods Inc.

It used to be that gluten-free food was synonymous with bland, dry and cardboard-like. That's what Judy discovered was the case when she was first diagnosed with Celiac disease in 1984. After her daughters were also diagnosed with the disease, Judy decided it was time to truly experiment in the kitchen with ways to bake gluten-free treats that were the opposite of the afore-mentioned adjectives. So, in 2014, Laughing Daughters Gluten Free Foods Inc.
