Heidi Richter is a Nanaimo-based recipe developer and food photographer.  When she's not in the kitchen or shooting for clients, she's usually chasing after her young son, tending to an ever-expanding organic garden, or creating seasonal recipes for her award-nominated blog, The Simple Green. She fuels her passion for food, gardening and photography with copious amounts of matcha tea.
