Garnish this refreshing cooler with some freshly picked Island blackberries for a true taste of summer.
Instructions
1½ oz Sheringham Akvavit
¾ oz Arbutus Distillery Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz Frostbites Syrup Co. Blackberry Ginger Cordial
¾ oz fresh lime juice
3 oz Sparkmouth Strawberry Sparkling Water
Shake the first 4 ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh blackberries and a lime wheel.
