Shawn Soole

Australian expat Shawn Soole has called Victoria, BC home for close to thirteen years. In that time, he has been lucky enough to be involved in helping create the spectacular cocktail culture that the city has. Fortunate to have travelled the world over, speaking, teaching and learning about spirits, cocktails, wine, beer and food and spread the word of Victoria's amazing food and drink scene. Shawn now consults and creates while writing his second book, Great Northern Cocktails launching in August, 2019.
