This cocktail is the perfect combination of Sakura and spring, combining the unique Kazuki Gin with rhubarb, citrus, and cherry flavours.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Sheringham Kazuki Gin
  • 3/4 oz Bitterhouse Rubato
  • 3/4 oz Ampersand Imperative Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Lime juice
  • 2 dashes Bittered Sling Suius Cherry
  • Dash Ms. Betters Bitters Miraculous Foamer

Preparation

Kazuki Gin, by Sheringham Distillery, combines Eastern and Western botanicals with cherry blossom petals, yuzu peel, and green tea leaves & flowers from Westholme Tea Farm.

Glass - Large Coupe
Method - Hard shake and double strain
Garnish - 5 drops of bitters across the middle of the foam
