Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, we use smokey Wayward Distillery Char #3 Gin and Elderflower Cordial from Still Mountain Cordials for a fresh spring cocktail that is sure to bring some Luck o' the Irish for you!
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Wayward Distillery Char #3 Gin
- 2 oz Fresh Pressed Apple Juice
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Coridal
- 2 dashes Cascade Celery Bitters (Bittered Sling)
- 2 one-inch chunks cucumber + ribbon for garnish
Preparation
Muddle the cucumber chunks, add remaining
ingredients and top with ice.
Shake well and strain into glass. Garnish with cucumber ribbon.
