1. Tout de Sweet Confections in Victoria is our go-to for these incredibly light and fluffy, organic, handcrafted marshmallows. They are flavoured with real fruit, extract or tea to create a wide array of options.
2. Handmade on Vancouver Island, this gorgeous Buttata ceramic bowl cries out to be filled with ice cream or fresh berries. Each unique piece is inspired by the seasonal changes on the West Coast.
3. Cowichan Black by Averill Creek is made from wild Vancouver Island blackberries, and is an intense medium-sweet expression of tangy fruit flavour. We love it on its own or paired with a bowl of freshly churned ice cream.
4. Owl’s Screech from Vancouver Island Hot Sauce Company is made with BC-grown Scotch Bonnet peppers—the perfect BBQ accompaniment for hot sauce fans.
5. Steak Spice from Clever Crow Herbs & Spices is one of our favourite dry rubs for steak or chops—loaded with freshly ground black peppercorns, locally harvested sea salt, coriander, dill, garlic and red chili.
